I totally feel your pain on this one. For the first time in a long time, we had to put the grocery bill on the credit card. Our other expenses are getting SO out of hand. I paid $3.24 a gallon for gas this morning!! $45 (all I had) didn't even fill up the van. We are on a budget plan through our electric and gas company and pay about $260 a month. One thing that has helped us out A LOT is drying clothes on a line. And we are fortunate that we have tons of natural light, so we never have to turn on the lights until dark. But other than that, we are flat broke. Your generosity and faith in my ability to craft is sending Jacob to nine days of half-day summer camp at his preschool (THANK YOU!). I'm just about done, BTW, and those tees are SO stinkin' cute. My own kids are jealous ;-)

Our electric bill is OK, but our oil bill over the winter was out of control... almost $500/month, and there are only two of us (plus the doggies, who obviously don't know how to turn the heat on)! It was insane!
